Form: What is deforestation ?
Deforestation is when humans cut down trees for there own reasons it could be to make money by selling them to people who need them for certain reasons or for themselves. If deforestation didn't affect the world so badly then it wouldn't be a big problem but it is a big problem because trees give us air and take away carbon dioxide also the trees are really important to the animals that live in it or on it because if somebody cuts it down then they have to find another home.Trees are the heart and lungs of the forest and if you take them away then there is a wasteland of stumps and dying or dead animals. At the current rate in 100 years we will no longer have any existing rain forests this is extremly bad because rain forests hold most of the animals in the world in them including unknown speices.

There are lots of different ways you can help stop deforestation and every little thing you do helps save the world.A good way to help is to raise awareness because we all need to help to stop deforestation because it is all our problem like what ANSHU GUPTA [founder of GOONJ] said “we keep waiting for disasters to help people”.There are also other ways big an small like planting a tree or trees,Help companies or organisations that support planting trees or regaining forests,recycle all the rubbish you have so it does not go to a land fill, Not to waste paper so to use both sides.All of these actions help stop the problem why don’t you help and give it a try.

Causation: Why is deforestation occurring ?
Well the world is becoming a larger and larger. The worlds population is growing rapidly so we need more space to live on and the most space is were there is trees so they need to cut them down.
Some of the reasons that deforestation is occurring. Some of the main reasons why deforistation is occurring is land. we need land as humans for food and housing so we have to find the balence because if dont have homes then there is poverty which is as bad as deforestation.
Trees are as important to human beings as food and water are. To keep city air cool and clean, trees should cover at least 40% of city land. One tree can clean toxic emissions from the dirty air exhausted from an average car being driven 4,000 miles.
The reason deforestation is still really bad to the world even after companies and enviromental organisations have tried to stop it is because normal people of the world now how bad it is but still contribute to it they dont really are what happens as long as it dosent afect them. People need trees to live because trees provides oxygen.
